This policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. 2016/679) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.

2. What data we process
a) Data you provide
This site does not host contact forms. If you email us or book a call through the links on the site, we process the data you choose to share - typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message - to reply and assess a possible working relationship.
b) Usage and device data
When analytics and marketing tools are active (see section 4 and the Cookie Policy), we process technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral source, and interaction events. These tools run only after you give consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries and managing pre-contractual steps - legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Measuring and improving the site (analytics) - legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Advertising and remarketing across third-party platforms - legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Legal and accounting obligations - legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Third-party tools and recipients
To run analytics, advertising and outreach, we rely on the following providers, who act as data processors or independent controllers. They are loaded only with your prior consent where required:

- Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) - Microsoft Corporation.
- Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) - Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
- lemlist (outreach and email engagement) - lemlist SAS.
- Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery) - Cloudflare, Inc.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may also be shared with our accountant and, where legally required, with public authorities.
5. International transfers
Some providers above are based in, or transfer data to, countries outside the European Economic Area (notably the United States). Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR - the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry-related data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting records, 10 years). Analytics and advertising data are retained for the periods set by each provider (typically up to 14-26 months) and then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to access your data, and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, as well as to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our tools or in the law. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version.
